At the Lamborghini Store, we ensure our high-performance apparel meets your expectations; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and official packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Access the 'Order History' section of your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the items in their original Lamborghini branded packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the items; approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
